Access to the thermal experience is valid for a period of four hours. However, booking a treatment guarantees you access to the thermal experience for the whole day.
Bathing suit and beach sandals are mandatory during your visit to the spa. It is recommended to bring your bathrobe, towel, and bottle of water. We also offer them for rent at the spa reception. You do not need to bring a padlock for your locker; everything you need will be provided upon arrival.
Gift certificates have no expiration date and are activated 24 hours after your purchase. You can purchase them online, by phone, or directly at the spa. The monetary value of your certificate can be used in all our points of sale and on all our products and services.
Unfortunately, for allergy reasons, we do not allow food from outside our premises. We offer a bistro service where you will certainly find what you are craving for.
We are open every day from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm.
The only exceptions to these hours are for the following dates:
December 24-25: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
December 31: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
