Questions to help you relax...

Following recent government guidelines, the vaccination passport is not required to receive treatment neither to access our facilities and our bistro. Wearing a mask remains mandatory throughout the duration of your treatment as well as in our indoor areas when you are not seated.

It is important to book the thermal experience online. If you come in person with no reservation, there might be some waiting time depending on availability.
Book your thermal experience

Access to the thermal experience is valid for a period of four hours. However, booking a treatment guarantees you access to the thermal experience for the whole day.

Upon your arrival, we will take your temperature and ask you if you:

  • Have symptoms of COVID-19
  • Have travelled outside the country in the last 10 days
  • Are waiting for a test result for COVID-19
  • Have been in contact with a person showing symptoms of COVID-19

If you answer yes to any of these questions or if you have signs of fever, we will be obliged to deny you access to the spa to ensure the safety of other clients and staff.

We have set up hydro-alcoholic gel distribution stations so that clients can disinfect their hands as soon as they arrive and regularly during their stay.

Wearing a mask is mandatory when you move around indoors as well as during your wellness treatment.

All of our employees and service providers follow the same protocol. Also, we have installed protective barriers at the reception and the bistro.

During massages, our massage therapists wear a mask and a face shield, which they must disinfect between each treatment. The massage rooms are thoroughly disinfected between each session.

During the day, we regularly disinfect the facilities in order to respect the sanitary measures issued by Health Canada.. Finally, to help you respect social distancing, pictograms have been installed all over the site and inside the facilities as recommended by public health authorities.

Bathing suit and beach sandals are mandatory during your visit to the spa. It is recommended to bring your bathrobe, towel, and bottle of water. We also offer them for rent at the spa reception. You do not need to bring a padlock for your locker; everything you need will be provided upon arrival.

You can make a change or cancel your reservation at no charge up to 24 hours before your appointment or hotel stay.

Gift certificates have no expiration date and are activated 24 hours after your purchase. You can purchase them online, by phone, or directly at the spa or hotel. The monetary value of your certificate can be used in all our points of sale and on all our products and services.

Unfortunately, for allergy reasons, we do not allow food from outside our premises. We offer a bistro service where you will certainly find what you are craving for.
