Terms and Conditions
Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary depending on the time of year or day of the week. For your security, the Spa Le Finlandais may require the card used to make the purchase online and a valid ID upon arrival.
Cancellations, returns and exchanges :
If cancellations are made less than 24 hours prior to your spa reservation, the full amount of your reservation will be charged to your registered credit card. No changes will be allowed less than 24 hours prior to the reservation.
Specific terms and conditions for the Spa :
The minimum age for access to the baths is 16 years. For individual massages, you must be at least 18 years old. We suggest that you arrive 30 minutes before your appointment to fill out a health form. Towels, swimming suits and sandals are mandatory throughout your visit to Spa Le Finlandais. Towels and bathrobes are available for rent at the reception. Sandals and swimming suits are also available for sale in our shop. Lockers are available free of charge, and the locking mechanism is provided. Food is not allowed on site. Being a place of relaxation, we ask all our visitors to remain quiet and discrete during their stay. For the privacy of our visitors, we ask that those on site do not use their phones to take photographs or engage in any activity that may disturb the peace and relaxation of other guests.
Specific terms and conditions for the purchase of gift cards :
Gift cards cannot be used on the day of purchase. We need a minimum of 24 hours to activate the card.
There are several types of cards: cards with an amount and cards with one or more products and services. All our cards are valid for life. Cards with a description are valid for the service described on the card for one year. After this period, the card is valid for the amount on the card. You can always use the card for the amount and not the service description if you wish. All our cards can be used for all products and services offered by the Spa Le Finlandais.

Terms that apply to all contests:
The contests are open only to permanent residents of Quebec who have reached the age of majority on the date the contest starts.
The following are excluded from this contest: employees, agents and representatives of Spa Le Finlandais and of any company, corporation, trust or other legal entity controlled by or related to Spa Le Finlandais, as well as, if applicable, their franchisees, their advertising and promotional agencies, their affiliated merchants, their suppliers of prizes, materials and services related to this contest, as well as the members of their immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother) and their legal or common-law spouse, with whom they reside or not, as well as all persons with whom these employees, representatives and agents reside.
To participate in the contests, you must fill in the form on the https://spalefinlandais.com/en/destination-joy/ page; cookies must be accepted.
The winners of the draw will be announced on https://spalefinlandais.com/en/destination-joy/.
The prizes can be used by the winner without any time limit. The prize is non-cashable, non-exchangeable, nominative (valid only for the person who wins the contest). The prize is limited to the normal operations of Spa Le Finlandais, its opening hours and its operating conditions. Prizes cannot be used to pay a balance.
In order to be declared a winner, any selected participant must:
- be reached by Spa Le Finlandais by e-mail or telephone within five working days following the draw. If the participant is not reached within the prescribed time, he/she will automatically lose his/her prize without any recourse or other form of compensation. His/her entry will be cancelled and a second participant will be selected. If the second participant is not reached within five working days following the second selection, his/her entry will be cancelled and a third participant will be selected, under the same conditions. In the event that the third participant cannot be reached, the prize will not be awarded;
- have accepted the prize, which may not be transferred to another person, substituted for another prize or exchanged in whole or in part for cash or any other form of compensation;
- have completed and signed a declaration and liability waiver form to be sent by e-mail or otherwise and returned it to Spa Le Finlandais within the time limit indicated in the letter accompanying the form.
By entering the contest and signing this form, the winner also agrees to the terms and conditions and authorises Spa Le Finlandais to use his/her name, city of residence, photograph, image, voice and statements in connection with the contest without compensation. By signing this form, the winner also declares that he/she accepts the prize and releases Spa Le Finlandais from any liability that may arise from his/her participation in the contest, or from the awarding or use of the prize.
Failure to comply with any of the conditions mentioned in these rules or to accept the prize will result in disqualification of the selected participant. In such a case, Spa Le Finlandais may, at its sole discretion, cancel the prize or, if time permits, proceed with another selection until a participant is declared the winner of the prize, in accordance with these rules.
Within five working days of receiving the duly completed and signed form, Spa Le Finlandais will contact the prize winner to make the necessary arrangements for the awarding of the prize.
This offer is limited to the normal operations of Spa Le Finlandais, to its opening hours and to its operating conditions. If Spa Le Finlandais is unable to provide the service for reasons beyond its control, the prizes described above do not offer any compensation mechanism and unused treatments cannot be replaced, postponed or accumulated in any way.
Spa Le Finlandais reserves the right to withdraw the prizes described above from any person who does not respect the internal rules of Spa Le Finlandais, or from any person who shows aggressive or disrespectful behaviour towards the employees and suppliers of Spa Le Finlandais.
