Spa Le Finlandais (including its different subsidiaries and affiliated companies) offers different websites. Your use of these websites is subject to the following general terms. Your use of the Spa Le Finlandais website constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Terms and Conditions
Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary depending on the time of year or day of the week. For your safety, Spa Le Finlandais may require the card used for online purchase and a valid ID upon arrival.
Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges:
If cancellations are made less than 24 hours before your reservation at the spa, the total amount of your reservation will be charged to the registered credit card. No modifications are made less than 24 hours before the reservation.
Spa Specific Conditions:
The minimum age for access to the baths is 16 years old. For individual massages, you must be at least 18 years old. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before your appointment to fill out a health form. Towels, swimsuits, and sandals are mandatory throughout your visit to Spa Le Finlandais. Towels and robes are available for rent at the reception. Sandals and swimsuits are also available for purchase in our boutique. Lockers are available for free. They are locked with a key that must be returned upon exit (it’s a bracelet used to lock and unlock the locker). The locker must be left open when leaving the premises. Food and drinks from outside are not allowed on the site. We ask all our visitors to respect the calm and tranquility of other clients. Telephones can be used, but it is forbidden to take photos of other clients or disturb others with phone calls or music.
Gift Certificate Purchase Specific Conditions:
Gift certificates cannot be used on the day of purchase. We need a minimum of 24 hours to activate the certificate.
There are several types of certificates: certificates displaying an amount and certificates displaying one or more products and services. All our certificates are valid for life. Certificates with a description are valid for the service described on the certificate for one year. After that time, the certificate is valid for the amount on the certificate. You can always use the certificate for the amount, not the service description if you wish. All our certificates are usable for all products and services offered by Spa Le Finlandais.
Loyalty Program “My Rewarded Loyalty”:
On the day of your visit for a Thermal Experience and/or treatment at Spa Le Finlandais, you can buy a gift certificate and get a 10$ discount on the purchase of a Thermal Experience gift certificate and a 25$ discount on the purchase of a massage gift certificate (60-min Swedish relaxation massage, 60-min strong pressure Swedish massage, 60-min therapeutic massage, and 60-min Le Finlandais facial). The gift certificate must be purchased on the same day as your visit (the day of your thermal experience, massage, or aesthetic treatment). Other conditions relative to gift certificates and gift cards apply.
WaySpa Card :
Spa le Finlandais is not part of the WaySpa program, and WaySpa cards are not accepted at Spa le Finlandais. For more information on the use of these cards, please visit the WaySpa website: wayspa.com.
Use of Material at Spa Le Finlandais
Spa Le Finlandais maintains websites for your personal entertainment, information, and education. The trademarks, service marks, brand identities, titles, characters, commercial names, graphics, designs, copyrights, and other properties appearing on the websites of Spa Le Finlandais are protected intellectual property used by Spa Le Finlandais and/or its related companies. These properties cannot be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, displayed, published, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except that you may, for personal and non-commercial use only, download a copy to your personal computer. To protect these precious assets, Spa Le Finlandais must prohibit any other use without its prior written consent. Nothing in these terms shall be construed as granting a license or right under copyright or any other intellectual property right.
Copyrights
You must assume that everything you see or read on the websites of Spa Le Finlandais is protected by copyright, except as otherwise indicated, and may not be used except as permitted by these General Terms or the text on the websites of Spa Le Finlandais without the written permission of Spa Le Finlandais, including, but not limited to, images, photographs, or illustrations displayed on the websites of Spa Le Finlandais. Spa Le Finlandais does not guarantee or warrant that your use of the material displayed on the websites of Spa Le Finlandais will not infringe the rights of third parties not owned or affiliated with Spa Le Finlandais.
Terms Applicable to All Contests:
Contests are open exclusively to permanent residents of Quebec who have reached the age of majority on the opening date of the Contest.
Employees, agents, and representatives of Spa Le Finlandais and any company, society, trust, or other legal entity controlled by or linked to Spa Le Finlandais, as well as any of their franchisees, advertising agencies, affiliated merchants, suppliers of prizes, material, and services related to this contest, as well as members of their immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother) and their spouse, whether cohabiting or not, and any person with whom these employees, representatives, and agents reside, are excluded.
To participate in the contests, you must fill out the participation form. Cookies (“cookies”) must be accepted.
Winners of the draw will be announced on the Spa Le Finlandais website.
Prizes can be used by the winner without any time limit. The prize is non-monetary, non-transferable, and nominative (valid only for the person who won the contest). The prize is limited to normal operations of Spa Le Finlandais, during its opening hours and its operating conditions. Prizes cannot be used to pay a balance.
To be declared a winner, any selected participant must:
- be contacted by Spa Le Finlandais via electronic mail or phone within five business days following the draw. If the participant is not contacted within the prescribed time, they will automatically lose their prize without any recourse or other form of compensation. Their participation will be cancelled and a second participant will be selected. If the second participant is not contacted within five business days following the second selection, their participation will be cancelled and a third participant will be selected, under the same conditions. In the event that this last one cannot be contacted, the prize will not be awarded;
- accept the prize, which prize may not be transferred to another person, substituted for another prize, or exchanged in whole or in part for cash or any other form of compensation;
- fill out and sign a declaration and release of liability form that will be sent to you by electronic mail or otherwise and return it to Spa Le Finlandais within the deadline indicated in the letter accompanying the form;
- By participating in the contest and signing this form, the winner also gives their consent to the terms and conditions and authorizes Spa Le Finlandais to use their name, city of residence, photograph, image, voice, and declarations regarding the contest without compensation. By signing this form, the winner also declares that they accept the prize and release Spa Le Finlandais from any liability that may arise from their participation in the contest, or from the attribution or use of the prize.
If a selected participant fails to comply with one of the conditions mentioned in these regulations or to accept their prize, they will be disqualified. In such a case, Spa Le Finlandais may, at its sole discretion, cancel the prize or, if time permits, proceed to another selection until a participant is declared the winner of this prize, in accordance with these Regulations.
Within five business days following the receipt of the duly completed and signed form, Spa Le Finlandais will contact the winner of the prize to make the necessary arrangements for the delivery of the prize to the winner.
This offer is limited to normal operations of Spa Le Finlandais, during its opening hours and its operating conditions. If Spa Le Finlandais cannot offer the service for reasons beyond its control, the prizes described above do not offer any compensation mechanism and unused treatments cannot be replaced, moved, or accumulated in any way.
Spa Le Finlandais reserves the right to withdraw the prizes described above from any person who does not comply with the internal regulations of Spa Le Finlandais, or from any person who exhibits aggressive or disrespectful behavior towards the employees and suppliers of Spa Le Finlandais.
