It is important to book your thermal experience online. If you show up on site without a reservation, there may be a waiting time depending on availability.

How long does access to the thermal experience last?
Access to the baths is valid for a period of four hours. However, booking a treatment guarantees you access to the thermal experience for the entire day.
What is the “My loyalty rewarded” program?
On the day of your visit for a Thermal Experience and/or a treatment at Spa le Finlandais, you can purchase a gift certificate and benefit from a $10 discount on the purchase of a Thermal Experience gift certificate and a $25 discount on the purchase of a massage gift certificate (60-min. Swedish relaxation massage, 60-min. Swedish high pressure massage, 60-min. therapeutic massage and 60-min. Finnish facial). The gift certificate must be purchased on the same day as your visit (the day of your thermal experience, massage or beauty treatment). Other conditions relating to gift certificates and gift cards apply.
Do you accept WaySpa cards at Spa le Finlandais?
Spa le Finlandais is not part of the WaySpa program and WaySpa cards are not accepted at Spa le Finlandais. For more information on using these cards, please visit the WaySpa website: wayspa.com.
What should I bring to my spa day?
Swimsuit and beach sandals are mandatory during your visit to the spa. It is recommended to bring your bathrobe, towel, and bottle of water. We can also offer them for rent at the spa reception. You do not need to bring a lock for your locker room, the necessary will be provided upon your arrival.
What is the relevant information to know when purchasing a gift certificate?
Gift certificates have no expiration date and are activated 24 hours after your purchase. You can buy them online, by phone, or directly at the spa. The monetary value of your certificate can be used in all our points of sale and on all our products and services.
Can we bring our own food to the spa?
Unfortunately due to allergy reasons we do not allow food from outside. We offer a bistro service where you will certainly find what you are looking for.
What are your opening hours?
We are open daily from 8:30am to 10pm.
The only exceptions to this rule are for the following dates:
December 24-25: 8:30am to 6pm
Can I cancel my appointment online?
Yes! You can manage and cancel your bookings online via our platform: https://enligne.spalefinlandais.com. Just log in with your phone number or email/password. Please be aware of our cancellation terms and conditions.
